Mr. Hamid Motavaseli has served as the Turkey CEO, Office Supervisor, Office Administrator, HR Department Manager, Contract Manager, and Customer Representative, and holds full responsibility for the following duties:

• Direct management of all daily operations of the Turkey Office, while also acting as the U.S. Office representative in Turkey.
• Serving as the primary contact person for clients, partners, and applicants in Turkey.
• Oversight of customer service, documentation flow, STL financial accounts, banking transactions, and tax-related matters, along with other administrative duties of STL Turkey.
• Maintaining direct access to all official email communications and ensuring proper handling of correspondence.
• Guaranteeing compliance with local regulations, company standards, and contract enforcement within STL Turkey.
• Receiving payments and conducting financial follow-ups from clients and applicants.
• Coordinating staff activities, assigning responsibilities, and supervising service delivery in Turkey.
• Responsible for relations and follow-ups with the employment of iranian-Asian citizens

In this role, he has carried full responsibility for:

• Financial Oversight: Including accounting accuracy, banking transactions, and tax-related matters.
• Administrative Management: Ensuring compliance with Turkish regulations and company procedures.
• Client & Partner Communications : Managing official email correspondence and acting as the primary contact person.
• Daily Operations: supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and overseeing service delivery.
• Responsible for relations and follow-ups with the: Tax Office, financial advisors and certified accountants, lawyers, the employment of Turkish citizens, and other government departments of Turkey and judicial courts.
